A recurring task re-creates itself on the schedule you set: every morning, every Monday, the first of the month. The morning follow-ups, the reminders, the checks — they happen whether or not anyone remembers.
Who runs them
Assign recurring work to a person, an AI employee, or a department. AI-owned recurring tasks still pass the same permission and policy checks as any other AI work.
When something fails
If a run fails — a channel is down, a record is missing — the task is marked failed and the responsible person is notified. Nothing pretends to have succeeded.
