What a workflow is
A workflow is a sequence of steps that moves work forward: a new lead gets a first reply, then a qualification, then a quote, then a follow-up. Steps can belong to people or AI employees.
Waiting and resuming
A workflow can pause — waiting for an approval, or a scheduled date — and resume on its own when the condition is met. Nobody has to remember where things stopped.
Visibility
Every running workflow shows its current step and its state. The owner's overview shows what is running, what is waiting, and what needs a decision.
