How it works
A step can be marked as requiring approval. When work reaches that step, it stops and lands in the approvals queue of the right person, with the full context attached.
Decide anywhere
Approve or reject from the approvals page on any device. Approved work continues exactly as designed; rejected work returns with a note explaining the decision.
Only people decide
An AI employee can never approve its own work. This is a platform rule, not a setting — there is no code path where AI approves AI.
