Permissions and approvals

You decide what happens alone, what needs a yes, and what is yours alone.

Permissions

Permissions define what each AI employee may do on its own: which conversations it handles, which records it touches, which documents it prepares. Everything outside its permissions stays closed by default.

Policies and approvals

Sensitive actions — sending a quote, issuing an invoice, anything with consequences — can be set to require a human approval first. Policies can include money limits for an extra layer of safety.

Approvals are always decided by people. An AI employee can never approve its own work.

Humans first

Any person on your team can take over any conversation at any moment. When they do, the AI steps aside. When the AI is not certain, it escalates to a person with the full context attached.

Everything is recorded

Every action, and every check that led to it, lands in a permanent log you can review at any time. See the audit logs article for what that record gives you.
