Invoices are prepared from approved orders and quotes, with every line checked against the records. AI employees can prepare invoices; issuance can require a human approval first.
Immutable once sent
A sent invoice cannot be edited — correcting one means issuing a credit note, the accounting-clean way. This is enforced by the platform, not by convention.
Numbers
Every amount in the system is exact to the cent. No floating-point money, anywhere, ever.
