Boundaries are structural
A sales AI employee does not act in finance's scope, read HR requests, or touch another department's work. The boundary comes from the department the employee belongs to, and the platform enforces it on every action.
Why it matters
Boundaries make work accountable: every action is attributable to a department and a position, which is what an owner can actually review. A tool with access to everything is a tool nobody can audit.
Changing scope
Only the owner or a manager can change an employee's department or permissions. AI employees never move themselves.
