Branches
Create a branch for each real location. Work and customers can be scoped per branch, so the owner's overview can answer questions like what is happening at each location today.
Departments
Inside each branch, create the departments that actually exist: sales, support, finance, operations. Every employee — human or AI — belongs to exactly one department, and department boundaries are enforced, not advisory.
