What's recorded
Every action taken in the platform — by human team members and by AI employees — is recorded under the name of whoever took it, together with the checks that led to it.
Why permanent
The log cannot be edited or deleted by anyone, through any path in the system. That protects it against tampering, and gives you accountability you can point to when it matters.
Reviewing it
Open the log and read it by employee, action, or date. If an AI employee handled something, the trail shows exactly what it did and why.
